Example of Salary Distribution:
Step 1: Configure Employee Bank Accounts
First, add the employee’s bank accounts in the system. Go to Employees → Employee → Private Information and enter the bank account details. You can add multiple bank accounts for the employee.
Step 2: Set Salary Distribution
Next, define how the employee’s salary should be divided between the accounts. The salary can be split using percentage or fixed amount.
Example:
Account 1 – 70% of salary
Account 2 – 30% of salary
Step 3: Process Payroll
After setting the distribution, create a payroll run and generate payslips. Go to Payroll → Pay Runs → Generate Payslips. During payroll processing, the system automatically splits the salary according to the configured distribution.
Step 4: Validate and Pay
Finally, review the payslip details and confirm the payroll. Once confirmed, the system distributes the salary to the configured bank accounts automatically.
