Overview

ZestyBeanz's Financial Reports module helps to Manage various Ledger Reports.This module offers a comprehensive solution for generating various financial reports with ease and efficiency. Users can access a user-friendly interface that allows them to input parameters and obtain detailed data and Excel reports, including General Ledger, Partner Ledger, Trial Balance, and Partner Summary.

Exploring Financial Reports Module

Installation

1. Get the module from Odoo App store
   https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/17.0/zb_financial_reports

2. Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- zb_financial_reports

3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.

4. Now, open the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.

5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.

6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search zb_financial_reports.

7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

After Installing the module

Working

Navigate to Invoicing > Reporting menu

General Ledger , Partner Summary,Partner Ledger,Trial Balance menus added under Finance Reports section.

1.General Ledger

While clicking the General Ledger menu, a new form.

Here we can select the date range,accounts,partners and click the Load Data button.

Shows the general ledger details.

Click the Print XLS button to download its excel report.

2.Partner Summary

While clicking the Partner Summary menu Under Reporting, opens a new form.

Here we can enter or select the needed values and click the Load Data button.

Shows the Partner Summary details.

Click the Print XLS button to download its excel report.

3.Partner Ledger

While clicking the Partner Ledger menu under Reporting, opens a new form.

Here we can enter or select the needed values and click the Load Data button.

Shows the Partner Ledger details.

4.Trial Balance

While clicking the Trial Balance menu under Reporting, opens a new form.

Here we can enter or select the needed values and click the Load Data button.
