USER MANUAL : PARTNER OUTSTANDING REPORTS

Overview

  Introducing ZestyBeanz’s new Odoo module designed to enhance your reporting capabilities. With this module, you can effortlessly generate detailed reports for both customers and vendors, providing clear and precise insights into outstanding balances.

Exploring Partner Outstanding Reports Module  

Installation

1. Get the module from Odoo App store https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/17.0/zb_outstanding_report

2. Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- zb_outstanding_report

3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.

4. Now, open the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.

5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.

6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search zb_outstanding_report.

7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

After Installing the module

Navigate to Accounting > Reporting menu.

A new menu Outstanding Report Will be added.

While Clicking the 'Outstanding Report' menu,

• A new popup window opens.

Here, Select the 'Date' and 'Partner' values.

• Then click the 'PDF' button to print the pdf report

• Click the 'XLSX' button to get its excel report.
