- Monitor chats – ensure that Chat Consultants are interacting with customers in accordance with company’s set guidelines and are serving our business’ best interests.
- Communicate performance feedback effectively and efficiently to each team member and ensure that it is implemented in work.
- Work on a continuous process of evaluating and identifying key behaviors that drive improved customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Operations department for process improvements.
- Involve in process training of existing staff as well as new joiners as and when required.
- Highly skilled working knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, Tally, ERP cources, Photoshop and web designing
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP software preferred.
Required skills
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Should have good interpersonal and presentational skills.
